All products are delivered within Medina on the same day.
Orders are delivered on the same day within Medina.
From 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
All products are shipped to all cities in the Kingdom, except for cities excluded by shipping companies.
The following products cannot be shipped:
A- Water products and glass products such as beverages and other glass products.
B- Frozen products such as chicken, butter and vegetables
C- Egg product
D- Heavy products weighing more than 20 kg (such as rice weighing 40 kg) are considered heavy weights and cannot be shipped outside Medina.
If a customer orders one of these products within the Kingdom, the store management is not responsible for any damage during shipping or after receipt. Full responsibility rests with the customer.
All products are shipped to all Gulf countries and Egypt.
The following products cannot be shipped:
A- Water products and glass products such as beverages and other glass products.
B- Frozen products such as chicken, butter, vegetables and breakfast products.
C- Heavy products weighing more than 20 kg
D- Sweets and chocolate products with high chocolate content
E- The invoice value does not exceed 1000 Saudi Riyals.
If the customer orders one of these products, the order will be cancelled in whole or in part without referring to the customer.
