  • What is the withdrawal limit available to me with Tabby?

  • The redemption limit depends on a number of factors including the type of products you are purchasing, the store you are purchasing from, and your previous Tabby payment history.

  • Is Tabby free?

  • Absolutely! Tabby does not charge any interest or fees on payments made on time.
  • How and when will refunds be credited to my account?

Refunds are made according to the store's return and cancellation policy. The refunds are processed once the store registers the return or cancellation request and Tabby begins the refund process to you.

Here's what you can expect from your Tabby recovery process:

- In case the refunded amount is less than the remaining amounts, the remaining amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

- In case the refunded amount is greater than the remaining amounts, the remaining payments will be cancelled and the remaining amount will be returned accordingly.

How long does it take to get a refund?

- In Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the amount is returned to the card used in the payment process and this takes 10 days and 21 days in the case of Mada cards.

- In Kuwait and Bahrain, the amount will be returned to your Tabby wallet and can be used to pay for your next purchases with Tabby.
