Delivery policy within Medina

  • All products within Medina are delivered on the same day .
  • Delivery orders are available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM .
  • Orders confirmed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the very next day .

Shipping policy to cities in the Kingdom

  • Products are shipped to all regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , except for cities not covered by shipping companies.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping company and the target city.


Products not available for shipping outside Medina

There are some products that cannot be shipped outside the city to ensure quality and safety during transport, including:

  • 1. Glass and breakable products, glass beverages
  • Any products packaged in bottles or glass containers

2. Frozen products

  • frozen chicken
  • butter
  • frozen vegetables
  • Any products that require continuous cooling

3. Egg product

  • Eggs are not shipped outside the city to avoid damage during transport.

4. Heavy products

  • Heavy products such as 40 kg bags of rice (one piece) must have a maximum weight of 20 kg per piece.
  • These products are considered heavy and cannot be shipped outside of Medina.

International shipping to the Gulf countries and Egypt: The store offers shipping services for all available products to the Gulf countries and Egypt , in accordance with controls that ensure the quality and safety of shipments.

Shipping costs and delivery time are calculated based on country, weight, and product type.


Non-shipping products

In order to ensure the safety of shipments and comply with the regulations of international shipping companies, please note that some products cannot be shipped under any circumstances , including the following:

1. Foodstuffs of all kinds: Shipping any food items outside the Kingdom is prohibited, including:

  • Dry and canned products
  • Dates
  • sweets
  • legumes
  • All other food categories

2. Glass and breakable products

Any product containing glass or breakable packaging, such as:

  • Bottled beverages
  • Oils and sauces in glass
  • Any material stored inside a glass container
  • All liquids cannot be shipped.

3. Frozen and chilled products

Shipping is prohibited for all products that require refrigeration or freezing to maintain their quality, including:

  • chilled meat and poultry
  • Cheeses and dairy products
  • perishable foods
  • Any product that needs a cold chain

4. Liquids of all kinds (outside the Kingdom)

Shipping liquids outside of Saudi Arabia is prohibited in any form, such as:

  • juices
  • oils
  • sauces
  • Liquid care products

5. Shipments that exceed the permitted value or weight

Orders exceeding the following limits cannot be shipped:

  • Value of 1000 Saudi Riyals
  • Products weighing more than 25 kilograms cannot be shipped

This is to ensure the safety of the shipment and to comply with the requirements of international shipping companies.
