Return and Exchange Policy

Terms of Use and Returns:



1- To place an order through the website, you must register the basic data for delivering the order, such as the recipient’s name, a valid contact number, and the address to which the delivery will be made.

2- To deliver the shipment as soon as possible to the customer's home in any area in Saudi Arabia and without any delay, the neighborhood address, the name of the main street and the nearest landmark in the area must be specified. Changing the address after sending the order requires the customer to contact the shipping company that the customer was informed that the shipment was made through and provide them with the new address.

3- Delivery in major cities takes two to three days, while in remote areas it may be slightly delayed, and most of the time delivery may be before that.



Delivery and Return Policy:

We would like to point out that we are committed to the highest standards of quality in storage, packaging, shipping and speed of completion.


In the event of a desire to return or exchange, an unavailable product will be returned, exchanged, or cancelled, or the entire order will be cancelled in the event that the order is in progress and has been executed by the store, and the amount will be returned immediately in the same way paid, and in the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the maximum amount will be returned within 6 days.


To ensure your safety , the product will not be returned or replaced unless it arrives after an expired date or if the product you ordered is different. Otherwise, the shipping company will be asked to pay compensation.


The customer must inform the store of the return request and his/her unwillingness to return the order before it goes out for shipping and is received by the shipping company .  If the order is delivered to the shipping company, it will not be returned.


- After the order has been shipped, it cannot be returned to ensure the quality of the products. The shipment must be received from the shipping company and not delayed in receipt so that it is not returned to the source again. If the receipt is delayed and the customer is contacted to receive the shipment and does not receive it and the shipment is returned again to the source and the customer requests re-delivery, the customer bears the cost of return and shipping again.

 Possibility of submitting a free return request within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order when visiting our store in Medina - Central Market for Meat and Vegetables - Al-Halqa

 The product must be unused or undamaged and must be in the same original condition that you received it.

You cannot exchange any product that has been consumed or used. 

Fragile products, hygiene products, sterilizers, masks, hygiene and personal protection products of all kinds cannot be returned in order to preserve public health.

1 - Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our WhatsApp number or calling 0548608711 or by email indicating the order number, the product or products you wish to return or exchange and the reason for the return. We will respond to you within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience.

2 - After reviewing the order and considering the possibility of return or exchange, the store’s customer service team will contact you.
