The customer can purchase a food basket in installments through Imkan, according to the terms and conditions approved by the financing entity.

Basket resale option

If the customer does not wish to receive the food basket after purchasing it, he can request a resale service.

Based on the customer’s approval, the store enters as a partner in the process of purchasing the basket and undertakes to resell it on his behalf in the market, and then the net amount due is transferred to the customer’s bank account after deducting the fees shown below.

We also cover the value of the first payment according to the partnership mechanism agreed upon with the client before the order is executed.

If you don't have a down payment, don't worry, we'll pay it for you and deduct it from the amount transferred to you.

Steps to request the service

5. Complete the application and agree to the terms and conditions.
6. If the customer requests a resale, the store will resell the basket on their behalf.
7. Transfer the amount due to the bank account.

Implementation period

The request is processed within a short period after the required data is completed. The transfer is usually completed within one hour, and the process may take up to 24 hours at most depending on the status of the request and the required procedures.

Terms and Conditions of Service

• The customer must be 18 years of age or older.
• All data entered must be correct and consistent with the national identity.
• The WhatsApp number used for communication must be the same number registered in the application.
• The bank account must be in the applicant's name.
• Any request containing incorrect or incomplete data will not be processed.
• Bank details cannot be modified after implementation has begun except after identity verification.
• The fees applied to the service are 25% of the transaction value.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
• The customer is notified as soon as the order is completed and the amount is transferred.
• Completing the order means full acceptance of the terms and conditions of service.
